Rental Price

$125 / hr (Tues, Wed, Thurs) $200 / hr (Fri, Sat, Sun)
A 50% non-refundable booking payment will reserve your date and time. Balance due two weeks prior to your event date. Discounts apply to rental periods exceeding 5 hours. There is a 2 hr minimum, when booking on a Fri, Sat or Sun. Special pricing for events held on a holiday or long weekend. Additional purchases and services can be added to ensure a memorable yet effortless experience - just ask!

The bathroom is on the lower level and can be accessed by stairs only. We are working on making improvements to better accommodate everyone.
You may bring your own food and decorations, but please ensure you have allotted enough time for setup and cleanup within your rental period. Only battery-operated candles are allowed. For full venue rules and regulations, please refer to the booking contract.
